SSA Wight Stuff Cruise - Saturday, 28th September 






"Hounds for Heroes" provides specially trained assistance dogs to injured and disabled men and women of both the UK Armed Forces and Civilian Emergency Services. Through this provision the charity's aims are to provide help and practical support leading to an enhanced quality of life for their clients.

SSA Wight Stuff Cruise 2013

We are happy to announce that the SSA Wight Stuff Charity Cruise is on again!  The date has been set for Saturday 28th September. This year the event is limited to 30 PWCs and is being held in aid of the Hounds for Heroes charity.  The 70 miles round the island cruise will start from Lee-on-Solent and head off clockwise around the Isle of Wight finishing back at Lee late afternoon.  Refuelling and lunch stops have been planned in to the day.

ALL SSA Wight Stuff Cruise participants must have QHM PWC Permit.  Please do not enter event if you haven't applied for permit.

As of 2006 all Personal Watercraft launching at Daedalus Slipway must be in possession of QHM Dockyard PWC Permit and obey local bylaws.  Permit is free, see the Quick Links (left) for permit application.


All participants must have minimum £1,000,000 3rd party PWC insurance.

Please remember to bring your proof of insurance as it must be checked at start of the event.
